A crate tipping device that gently and completely empties large cabbage crates of various dimensions. This device can tip crates of up to three different heights. The crate height must be set manually on the control cabinet.
Height measurements are pre-configured. The complete control system is mounted in the control cabinet on the machine. Hydraulic safety light barrier on the infeed side; hydraulically controlled outlet flap designed as a conveyor belt to protect the product. Optical product detection to control the outlet flap. Sensor control of the discharge conveyor.
Radio remote control for the tilting mechanism. Manual and automatic operation available. Available in powder-coated, galvanised and stainless steel finishes. For crates measuring 1000 mm or more in width and 800 mm or more in height.
Box tipper basic
Simple crate tipping device, suitable for use, for example, with the Maxi and Mini cabbage cleaning stations, or in conjunction with, for example, the cabbage cleaning machine; pivot point above the large crate, for manual removal of the cabbages. Push-button switch for up/down – the motor runs only when the button is pressed. Side safety guard. Available in galvanised and stainless steel versions.
Available in various box sizes.
