Cabbage cleaning station with four (two) manual cleaning nozzles or stations. Beneath the cleaning nozzles are rollers on which the cabbages can be placed, rolled and cleaned. Waste from the cleaning process falls onto a waste conveyor belt (with a bend) below, which transports the waste into a large crate, container or similar. Above the waste conveyor is a discharge conveyor for the cleaned cabbages, which are conveyed, for example, to a rotary table. Work lighting above the discharge conveyor is included. The Maxi cabbage cleaning station is available in galvanised steel and stainless steel.

Hourly output depends on cabbage weight. Can be extended as required. Dimensions of the waste conveyor belt with four (two) cleaning nozzles: approx. 4000/3000 mm (2500/3000 mm) long, 400 mm wide; discharge to a height of approx. 2000 mm. Dimensions of the discharge conveyor: approx. 2500 mm (4000 mm) with a width of 300 mm. The entire station is height-adjustable. A cleaning station consists of two cleaning bays, each fitted with a cleaning nozzle and a waste hopper. We use one blower per cleaning station.
These cleaning stations can be expanded as required or, of course, arranged differently; in short, they can be tailored to the specific needs of each business. The NOSMA Maxi is available in galvanised steel or stainless steel.

Cleaning station also available separately, with two cleaning stations or cleaning nozzles.
1. Beneath the cleaning nozzles are rollers on which the cabbage can be placed, rolled and cleaned.
2. Below this is the waste hopper for leaves and stalk trimmings, which leads to the waste conveyor belt. Trimming station available in galvanised steel or stainless steel; the built-in blower is sound-insulated. After trimming, there are various options for sorting and packaging, depending on the customer’s requirements. The output depends on the number of trimming stations and, of course, on the weight of the cabbages.
One cleaning station processes approximately 700 kg of cabbage (2–2.5 kg) per hour.
The base of the cabbage is cut off, and the outer leaves are blown off using a jet of air.
