Packing / Sorting tables for cabbage
We offer two different table systems for packing the cabbages. Both systems provide a certain amount of space.
On the round table, the cabbages are still sorted by hand; on the packing table, they are usually already pre-sorted by volume or weight.
Roundtable diameter 1800mm
The automatic collection system for your products, designed to prevent
jams. The ideal solution with a small footprint. The turntable has a diameter of 1800 mm and is driven by a 230 V gear motor. A rim prevents the products from falling off. The
easily height-adjustable machine feet facilitate precise integration into an existing production line. The stainless steel base frame features a support for pallet truck transport. Operation takes place via the attached control cabinet. A frequency converter is used to adjust the speed continuously. The turntable surface is coated with silicone.
Rotary tables with other diameters are also available.
Packing table with adjustable tilt
Stainless steel packing table. Standard dimensions – Length: 4000 mm – Width: 1300 mm. The coal packing table is infinitely adjustable in height. The angle of inclination of the table is also adjustable. – As standard, it is divided into four sections. The partition tubes are bolted in place and can therefore be moved. Work lighting can be fitted above the table. The packing table can be fitted with a soft coating on request. Other dimensions available! |
The packing table is used, for example, in cabbage cleaning lines where cabbage is sorted by volume or weight. A return conveyor can be fitted above the packing table to return any cabbage requiring further cleaning to the NOSMA cabbage cleaner.
